HammWorks Labs LLC operates this informational website. This notice explains what information is handled when you visit the site or contact us. Any later product or service will receive its own review when needed.
Information involved
Cloudflare provides hosting and security for this static information site. It may process technical request data such as your IP address, browser details, requested pages, and request time to deliver and protect the site. The site has no visitor account, server-submitted contact form, checkout, advertising tracker, or analytics script. The optional inquiry helper described below prepares drafts locally.
The optional game on our not-found page runs in your browser. Its scores last only for the current page visit; it does not save scores, send game data, or require an account.
If you email us, including through the optional website-feedback link, we receive the information you choose to send, including your address and message. The feedback link opens a draft in your email app; it does not submit a response through this site. Please do not send passwords, sensitive personal information, or vulnerability details through an ordinary website inquiry.
Introduction film and company profiles
The introduction film, poster and captions are served from this website. The player has no third-party embed, advertising tracker, analytics script or playback-reporting code. Loading the poster, captions or film creates ordinary hosting requests; Cloudflare may process the technical request information described above. Playback does not start automatically.
Our LinkedIn, X and YouTube links open those services only if you follow them. No social widget is embedded. Their operators control their own privacy practices.
Inquiry assistant and optional local AI
The inquiry helper processes your text in the open page and, when you enable AI, in a worker within your browser. The application does not send chat text to our server or an AI inference provider and does not create a server chat history. It does not save your chat or draft in persistent browser storage. It is for new project inquiries; it cannot access billing or account records.
AI files are downloaded from this website after you choose Enable local AI. This version does not create a persistent model cache. Browser and device resource handling may vary. Download requests are ordinary hosting requests; chat text is not placed in their URLs. Cloudflare may process the technical request information described above.
Stop AI stops the local worker. Start over / clear removes the current chat and draft from the page and stops AI. Leaving the page clears this conversation. These controls do not erase browser history, screenshots, copied drafts, emails, provider records, or all traces from device memory.
Copy draft writes your selected draft to your device clipboard. Open email draft passes it to your chosen email application or provider, where you review and send it yourself. Sending shares your email address and message with us and the email providers involved; the correspondence provisions below then apply. Avoid credentials, confidential findings and sensitive personal information.
Use and disclosure
We use contact information to respond to inquiries, review website feedback, and maintain business records. Cloudflare processes website request information to deliver and protect the site. Dynadot provides our business mailbox, and copies of incoming messages are forwarded to a Microsoft-hosted mailbox monitored by the founder. These providers process information under their respective service terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect legal rights. We do not sell visitor information or use this site for targeted advertising.
Retention and choices
Technical request data is handled under the hosting provider's retention practices. We retain correspondence for legitimate business, security, or legal needs and review it for deletion when those needs end. You may ask about information we hold or request deletion, subject to applicable law, using the contact below.
Other sites and children
Any links to third-party sites lead to services with their own privacy practices. This informational site is not designed to collect information from children.
